Jan. 2026: Press release on Japan Trench paper from BU

Dec. 2025: Our first paper on the Japan Trench from Expedition 405 was published in Science.

Aug. 2025: PhD student Bhooma Parthsarathy joins our group to start work on the southern Appalachian tectonics! We are lucky to have her. 

July 2025: Cat finished her NSF postdoc at CU and is settling in at Baylor.

Sept-Oct 2024: Cat will sail on IODP Exp. 405. Click here for my updates from the Chikyu!

March 2024: Cat will start a faculty position at Baylor University Department of Geosciences in Fall 2025.
